December, 17th: Opening of the Congress website
February, 1st: 1st circular, launch of the call for registration
September, 15th: Final deadline for application to ECS Meeting Grant
September, 30th: Final deadline for abstract submission
October, 31st: Final decision of contribution acceptance by the Scientific Committee
November, 7th: Final deadline for early bird registration
November, 8th: Start of late registration fee
November, 8th: Final deadline for cancelation request
December 5th: Registration at the welcome desk
December 5th, 2019: Welcome cocktail
December 5-7th, 2019: MICROBIOTEC’19
Cancellations:
- Cancellations received before October 4th, 2019: 100% refund, bank charges will be deducted.
- Cancellations received between October 4th, 2019 and November 4th, 2019: 40% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- Cancellations received after November 5th, 2019: No refund can be made.
Alterations can be made at any time before the conference starts, by contacting the congress secretariat by e-mail.
